Book of the week!

Our book of the week is "Animal Babies: ABC: An Alphabetical Book of Animal Offspring." (Ask your student what "offspring" means?) When we got to the letter U, we had a question!

Do porcupines grow their quills back? Please comment if you have the answer!

  3. Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Ryu,
Thank you so much! We were able to find the answer ourselves on National Geographic. "Porcupines grow new quills to replace the ones they lose." It is interesting that it grows back just like our hair!
